- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is being kind, since they switched systems and doctors this office has gone down hill. They schedule your six month apt out for you rather than asking you what your availability is. They ASSUME that the day and time they choose will work for you. They do not make it convienent for the customer. To me this is very poor customer service, and I would not be surprised if other people are as upset about it. If it wasn't for Dr. Dunn being there I would find else where. When I called to switch my apt they didn't have anything to work with my schedule until October! That's more than 6 months out from my regular visit. I will be finding a new more convent dental office who care about their patients and their opinion as well as work with their schedule.December 04, 2016by Monica Lowe
